About the Coaching Program:
Program Meeting Time Commitment:
August 11th week: 1 hour 1:1 Zoom
August 18-21 training: 9.5 hours over 5 days
Sept, Oct: 3 hours of 1:1 calls per month, plus One 1-hour cohort training
TOTAL: 18.5 hours, plus your offline practice and prep time as needed

Live Training:

Assessment Call:
Week of August 11th: One 1-hour 1:1 Zoom call to review company and individual sales strategy to identify top 2–3 development priorities
Biweekly Coaching:
Begins the week of September 2, 2025 (post-Labor Day), and continues through October 31, 2025.
Includes two 1.5-hour coaching calls per month (flexible scheduling allowed but no more than two calls can be scheduled in a single month).
Each call includes a data-informed real-world sales assessment:
1 week before each call, participants are required to send a minimum of 2 recorded sales calls to Kathleen. Prior to the 1:1, Kathleen will analyze the recordings to provide data-informed recommendations.
