Real-World Education
Over the course of 4 days, you'll engage in live Zoom sessions with a select group of founders, meeting 4 days a week, 4 hours each day. Through interactive role plays and real-time deal scenarios (from you and your fellow founder participants), you'll learn value-selling strategies utilized by the top tech companies, ensuring you're well-equipped to drive growth and revenue for your startup as both a seller and an executive leader.

Live & Personalized Coaching
Following the live Zoom training sessions, you will have 1:1 coaching for the next 4 months. We'll start with a 1-2 hour sales assessment, where we'll agree on the top 3 skill masteries that will move the needle towards your current customer sales goals. Then every 2 weeks, we have have 1:1 meetings to review recordings of your sales calls. Our call is to provide encouraging and insightful guidance to improve your day-to-day actions that lead to faster and larger closed deals.

On-Demand Advice
We know that an effective sales manager is available on-demand to prepare for a last-minute meeting or urgent proposal request. You'll have access to our custom GPT, as well as a private Slack channel to dialogue with your trainer and your founder classmates as questions arise. Founder-led sales is a lonely place, and often it just takes an objective listener who can help you to look at a stalled deal from a different angle.
