How Is Training Conducted?

Our training is delivered through 4-days of live online sessions that are interactive workshops. Each session is from 12 - 2 pm US Central, Monday through Thursday, over 1 week. On-demand 1:1 coaching is also provided every 2 weeks starting month 2, allowing flexibility to suit each participant's schedule.

Who Is The Ideal Participant For This Program?

Our program is tailored for SaaS B2B startup founders, especially those with non-sales or technical backgrounds. Candidates who make this commitment understand how critical deals and customer wins are in a start-up's early stages. This program attracts founders who seek to improve their personal sales skills as well as understand the enterprise sales process as their company's leader.

What's The Purpose of The Bi-Weekly Coaching Sessions?

Every two weeks, we review recorded sales calls, provide constructive feedback on "what worked" and "what didn't" on those calls, and provide targeted guidance to refine your selling techniques. Based on years of experience in coaching over 150 enterprise sales reps, these exercises is where your learning and sales skills are honed and perfected. 

In the real world, sales reps have limited opportunities to get intimate 1:1 coaching at a specific meeting-level. This service is designed to simulate this incredibily valuable, yet limited, proven enablement scenario for you as a founder.  

What Are The Participant Commitment Requirements?

Participants are required to commit to attending each of the two-hour sessions in the 4-day structured training program. These sessions are highly interactive with role-plays and discussions in a small founder-only confidential setting. Participation is key to your own learning, and your fellow founders. We kindly ask founders not to multi-task during these sessions.
